MakingChange’s mission is to develop and deliver financial education programs that empower individuals to achieve their own financial success stories through educational programs that encourage lasting behavioral change. We are currently seeking interested individuals to join our team for the following position:
Position Overview: This position is responsible for supporting the Executive Director with general administrative support needed to efficiently operate the organization.
Position Responsibilities may include:
- Data entry into databases and spreadsheets
- Send and process form letters and / or write simple business letters
- Organize and prepare files
- Help in creation of presentations and reports
- Contact clients via phone and / or email to schedule or confirm appointments
- Other duties as may be assigned
- Proficient computer skills (i.e, Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint, etc.) including online tools (i.e., Dropbox, Google Docs, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience with social media a plus
